Start with the required gas specification
Include the gas required by your equipment and welding procedure. “TIG gas” is useful shorthand, but the actual gas specification and cylinder format must be confirmed before supply. If you are replacing an existing bottle, send a clear photograph of the complete label and valve connection.
Choose a cylinder around usage and handling
A smaller cylinder may be easier to move, while higher usage can favour a different format. Tell Sam how frequently you weld, where the bottle will be used and whether the enquiry is for a new cylinder or an exchange. Availability, initial cylinder terms and replacement gas charges are confirmed for the product.
Check the rest of the setup
A cylinder connection alone does not establish that a regulator is suitable. Share the regulator or equipment details where compatibility needs checking. CSK can source related fittings and welding consumables, while equipment setup and use must follow the manufacturer’s requirements. Use the gas safety centre to find original supplier guidance.
