Order the gas your equipment specifies
CO₂ and mixed cellar gases should not be treated as identical products. Send the gas name or mix shown on the existing label, the dispensing equipment details and the required cylinder format. If the correct product is uncertain, seek the equipment manufacturer’s specification before requesting a replacement.
Plan replenishment before the last cylinder runs out
Hospitality demand can vary considerably with events and busy weekends. Tell Sam your normal usage, expected peaks and whether there is an empty cylinder available for exchange. A regular supply enquiry can cover anticipated demand without assuming every gas type is immediately available.
Keep specialist applications specific
If the gas is intended for an aquarium or another application, state that clearly and provide the equipment requirements. Supply suitability, regulator compatibility and product specifications need confirmation. For storage and handling information, use current supplier documents and the workplace assessment relevant to your premises.
