Use one line for each requirement
Start with an item name, followed by the product code or specification and quantity. “MIG contact tips, torch model [model], diameter [size], quantity [number]” is more useful than “welding bits”. For mixed orders, separate tools, gas and routine consumables while keeping everything in one message.
Photograph the information, not just the object
Include the label, model plate or stamped reference. A second photo showing the whole item provides context. For a fitting, add dimensions and the equipment it connects to. For gas, show the complete cylinder label and connection. Keep personal or confidential information out of photographs.
State the deadline and delivery details
Include the full postcode and whether the item is urgent or for a planned job. Mention access restrictions or a receiving window. Ask for availability, price and confirmed delivery together so you can make a decision. If substitutions are acceptable, say which specifications must still be met.
